Weapons in Decay of Logos are equipment that is used to inflict damage on Enemies and Bosses. Weapons are categorized into various types, from swords, axes, bows, polearms, and many more. Weapons degrade overtime when it is used frequently in battle but players can recover its durability by visiting certain blacksmiths. Weapons can be obtained as enemy/boss drops, acquired loot that is randomly located in various locations, inside chests/crates, and can be purchased from Merchants.

Weapon Categories in Decay of Logos

Swords

Swords are bladed weapons that consist of light to heavy slashing and thrusting attacks. It is best paired with a shield and can be imbued with various elements.

Axes

The Axe is a heavy-hitting weapon that deals a huge amount of damage. Axes have been long used by loggers and have been scattered across the realm.

Hammers

Hammers are heavy-type weapons which require the wielder to use both hands. It may be slow but its blunt head not only damages enemies but also staggers.

Bows

The bow is a projectile weapon that is used by hunters. Although it requires arrows to shoot, the bow allows the wielder to maintain a safe distance between its foe while dealing significant damage.

Fists

Weapons for the fists such as claws and gloves are weapons that are best used for close-range combat. This type of weapon allows Ada to deliver a strong and quick flurry of blows to her foes.

Mace

A heavy blunt weapon that is usually wielded by a brute. Although it may deal slow heavy hitting blows, the Mace allows Ada to deal damage and stagger enemies at the same time.

Spear

Long range melee weapon usually used on the front line in combination with shields. Ada is not strong enough to use spear and shield at the same time, although she uses them with one hand.

Unique

The unique weapons and armor are exactly like other weapons and armor, the only difference is that when the durability reaches zero they do not break. You can oly find one of them in the game.

Shield

Shields are excellent defensive items, they are also very useful for breaking the enemy balance. However, when Ada wears a shield she cannot switch weapons in combat.
