New Game Plus for Decay of Logos refers to initiating another playthrough after finishing the main campaign. Players will see some differences with the initial playthrough, and get to carry over certain progress. How to Unlock New Game +
Once the game is complete and the Credits begin to roll two options will be provided.

What carries over to New Game +
All aquired weapons, armor, and potions carry on to the new game excepting those that are quest related. (and no amulets of fons obviously) All stats carry over as well.
